Hello Everyone,

Because of poor quality traffic on Tier3 we are forced to lower the pay rate of Tier3. From today onwards Tier3 will be getting 0.10$ / 1000 views. You may be surprising that whats the benefit of reducing 0.02$. But the fact is when the analysis is made on single user level, its not a big amount. But when we do analysis of entire users, its a big amount.

Please keep in mind that still we are not forcing our users to keep a ratio between Tier1,Tier2,Tier3 traffic . But we request our users to send more Tier1,Tier2 traffic and earn more.

Also it will be good, if users try to make small blogs of their own and grab more traffic towards their images
