Tier 3 - 0.10 Points Per Unique View (0.10$ Per 1000 Unique Views)

Tier 2 - 0.75 Points Per Unique View (0.75$ Per 1000 Unique Views)
Tier 3 - 0.10 Points Per Unique View (0.10$ Per 1000 Unique Views)

On our last Pay Rate Change announcement we saw comments that, some of the users are not interested in imageporter and want to move on. All we got to say is Tier3 traffic is completely waste for all type of business.Our competitors also pay 0.10$ and less for Tier3. We always try to make our users and advertisers happy.

We believe that this increase will make our users happy. Only those users will still feel bad, who just send Tier3 alone. We feel sorry for them, as we can't do much on this.
